Oral Instructions-What do they include

UNDERSTANDING ORAL INSTRUCTIONS
A receptive skill that encompasses the ability of the child to follow different types of instructions including, but not limited to:
- Instructions involving a person or a pronoun
- Instructions involving spatial indicators
- Instructions involving temporal indicators as "before" and "after"
- Multi-sequential instructions (involving more than one command)
- Exceptional instructions (e.g. except..., all but one, etc.)
- Conditional instructions (e.g. those involving terms such as "if and "unless)
